Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is operated by SDDI Technologies Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about privacy at sdditechnologieslimited@gmail.com.

What we collect

We only collect personal data when you send us an enquiry through the contact form:

  • your name
  • your company name (optional)
  • your work email address
  • the topic you choose and the message you write

Like any web server, ours also records technical request data — your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser's user-agent — in access logs. Your IP address is also used, briefly and in memory only, to limit how many messages one connection can send.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss working together. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).
  • To keep the website secure and working — preventing spam and abuse, and troubleshooting errors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We use contact form data only to reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Who processes it for us

  • Hosting provider — this website and the contact form run on servers we rent in Singapore.
  • Email service provider — form submissions are delivered to our mailbox by email.

These providers act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

International transfers

Because our servers are located in Singapore, data you submit is transferred outside the European Union and the European Economic Area. Singapore is not covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. We protect these transfers with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in our agreements with providers. Where these are not available, the transfer is made because it is necessary to respond to the request you sent us (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)). You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to handle your request and any business relationship that follows. We delete them when they are no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server access logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your personal data, and to correct, erase or restrict it. You can also ask for a copy of it in a portable format, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.

You also have the right to complain to the Cyprus supervisory authority, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, or to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. See our cookie policy for details.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
